These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HirePulse Limited’s (“HirePulse”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website, discovery forms, communications, and recruitment-related services (collectively, the “Services”). By interacting with us (including submitting a discovery form, sending a CV, or communicating by email/phone/WhatsApp), you agree to these Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact info@hirepulse.mu. If you decide not to accept the Terms, please refrain from using the Services or submitting information.
HirePulse Limited is a Recruitment, HR Services, Wellness Support & Training company based in Mauritius. For privacy information, please read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Website: pages we operate under the HirePulse brand.
Forms: HirePulse discovery/intake forms (e.g., Google Forms).
Candidate: an individual who submits CV/details or engages us regarding job opportunities.
Client: a business seeking recruitment or related services from HirePulse.
Content: information or materials you provide to us (e.g., CVs, job descriptions, messages).
The Services are intended for individuals 18 years and older. By using the Services, you confirm you have legal capacity to do so.
For Candidates: HirePulse is not your employer. Submitting a CV or speaking with us does not guarantee job placement or interview. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the relevant employer.
For Clients: These Terms apply to general use of our Website/Forms/communications. Specific services, pricing, deliverables, and confidentiality obligations are governed by the HirePulse Service Agreement and/or Statement of Work. If these Terms conflict with a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails.
You agree not to:
Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Infringe others’ rights (privacy, IP, confidentiality) or violate laws.
Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
Attempt to access non-public resources or interfere with our operations.
Use any data obtained from HirePulse for unsolicited marketing or any purpose not expressly permitted by law and these Terms.
Automate access (no scraping, crawling, harvesting, or similar) of our website, forms, or content.
Use competitively (no using HirePulse content/information to build or improve a competing service, or to compile candidate/employer databases for resale).
Submit unlawful/infringing/discriminatory content; we may decline, edit, or remove content/requests we reasonably consider contrary to these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or discontinue interactions that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
No candidate placement fees: HirePulse does not charge candidates, placement fees for job applications.
Equal opportunity & human oversight: We encourage fair, non-discriminatory hiring practices and keep human decision-makers in the loop.
You retain rights to your CVs, job descriptions, and other materials you provide. You grant HirePulse a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, copy, and share that content as necessary to deliver the Services (e.g., evaluating a candidate, sharing with an authorised client for a relevant role), comply with law, and maintain business records per our retention policy. You confirm you have the right to share any third-party data you submit (e.g., referees).
We will handle non-public information you share with reasonable confidentiality and only use it to perform the Services, comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by you. Clients and candidates must likewise keep any non-public information they receive from us (including shortlists, assessments, or role details) confidential and use it only for legitimate hiring purposes.
Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy (Mauritius DPA 2017 and, where applicable, GDPR). By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy. Key points: we collect/store discovery responses (e.g., via Google Forms/Drive); you can exercise data rights by emailing info@hirepulse.mu; we do not sell personal data.
We may use third-party providers (e.g., Google Workspace for forms/storage). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Our website or communications may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
All materials we create (brand, text, graphics, templates, reports, methodologies, and know-how) are owned by HirePulse or our licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials. Clients may receive limited usage rights to deliverables under the relevant Service Agreement.
We provide the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we act diligently, we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or that any particular job or candidate will be available or suitable.
Information we share (e.g., role briefs, candidate summaries) is provided in good faith but without warranty as to completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Clients should conduct their own due diligence and verifications; candidates should assess offers independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HirePulse and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless HirePulse from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) Client’s unlawful use of personal data; (ii) infringement or misuse of third-party rights; (iii) content Client provides to us; or (iv) breach of these Terms or the Service Agreement.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services (e.g., update forms, change communication channels) to improve operations or comply with law. If changes materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end interactions if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required by law. We may retain necessary records as permitted by law and our retention policy.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., outages, natural disasters, labour disputes, regulatory actions).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Courts of Mauritius have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory law to the contrary. Nothing limits either party’s right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
Severability: If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale.
Entire agreement: For Clients, these Terms operate alongside the Service Agreement; together they form the entire agreement about the Services described therein.
